BETTER BAGS are subject to availability due to the uniqueness of the bags, but orders will be processed within two (2) days, and a delivery tracking number provided. Should the bag order not be available, you will be contacted, and offered an alternative, or your payment returned in full within thirty (30) days.

BETTER BAGS passes responsibility of the product to you, once delivered to the provided delivery address.

How to care and maintain your new, unique and genuine leather BETTER BAG:

Do a quick clean once a week.

Gently sweep over your leather BETTER BAG with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.

Avoid using too much water, leather takes time to dry.

Once or twice a year, do a more thorough clean to remove any buildup of any dirt on your BETTER BAG.

Do Not use alcohol or acetone, they will cause severe damage to your BETTER BAG.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, and decide to return the bag, for a defective reason only, late or a wrong bag received, you will need to cover the cost of returning the bag to us. Should the error be on our side, we will cover the cost of the return. We will, at our discretion, and after consultation with the purchaser, arrange a refund, or replacement. BETTER BAGS cannot unfortunately accept any bag or provide a refund if the bag has been used, or damaged.

If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your bag within thirty (30) days.

BETTER BAGS will not replace a bag should damage be the result of:

Abuse or negligence of any source.

Any alterations or modifications made.

Brass fittings are supposed to have an antique and tarnished look.

Misuse, other than the intended purpose.

Negligence by exposing chemicals, heat, or sharp objects.

Normal wear and tear.

Scratching / Marks, the nature of genuine leather.
